- Merchandise you don't legally own.
- Items with significant undisclosed flaws.

- Items with stains, odors, holes, or damage beyond the Condition Policy.
- Ultra-fast-fashion brands such as Shein and Temu.
- Recalled or unsafe items, including children's items subject to safety rules.
