Get an answer
We’ll reply with either Approved to Buy or Pass, before you spend anything.
Buy only what's approved
Purchase approved pieces, keep your receipt, and bring or ship them following your partner instructions.
How you get paid
Every Quick Check comes back as either Approved to Buy or Pass. If we approve an item, the approval shows the purchase-cost limit and your sourcing compensation separately, so you know exactly what is being reimbursed and what you are earning.

Sourcing Partners
What's a Sourcing Partner?
Someone who regularly finds great pieces at low cost and checks with us before buying. Approved finds are paid as inventory reimbursement plus separate sourcing compensation. It's by application.
Can I buy something before it's approved?
Send a Quick Check first and buy only what's approved. Anything bought without approval stays yours, and you can still submit it later as a seller.
How is my pay shown?
Every approval lists the maximum approved cost, your sourcing compensation, and any buy-by deadline on separate lines, so you always know what to pay and what you earn.
How do I get approved finds to you?
Bring them to a handoff, or ship when arranged.
Do partners see the full list of brands?
Yes. Approved partners get a private sourcing guide with current priorities. What We Buy shows a sample of the brands we look for.
When can I apply?
