We review and make an offer
Raychella Co looks at every submission, usually within 2–3 business days. If we’d like to buy, you’ll get a clear offer showing what’s included and the total.
You accept or decline
It’s your call, with no obligation. Offers stay open for 3 days.
Hand off or ship, then get paid
Meet us at an approved public spot in South King County or Greater Seattle, or ship if your batch is a fit. Once your pieces are checked against the offer, you’re paid at the handoff, or within 2 business days of your box arriving if you ship.
Rather keep a piece yours until it sells? Consign is a separate path, with terms still being worked out.

About Collab
Is this consignment?
Not this path. Sell To Us is an outright purchase: we buy the pieces in an accepted offer, and once you're paid there's no profit split and nothing to track. Consignment is a separate path we're still working out the terms for.
Will you buy everything I send?
Usually not, and that's normal. We're selective: premium and in-demand pieces are our focus, and everyday pieces are chosen when they fit our audience and current needs. Submitting doesn't guarantee acceptance.
I was planning to donate these. Should I still submit?
If they're good brands in great condition, yes. Send them our way first; anything we don't select is still yours to donate, gift, or keep.
Who can submit?
Anyone 18 or older who legally owns the pieces.
Do you buy counterfeits or replicas?
Never.
Offers and payment
How do you decide on an offer?
Every submission is reviewed individually. Offers depend on brand, style, condition, size, current demand, rarity, and our current inventory needs. Premium, current, rare, or highly desirable pieces may receive stronger offers. An offer may cover individual pieces, a group of pieces, or the whole batch.
Is there a price list?
No. There's no fixed price per piece; every offer is based on the inventory you submit.
When do I get paid?
Once your pieces are checked against the accepted offer: right at the handoff if you meet locally, or within 2 business days of your box arriving if you ship.
How will I be paid?
Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, or cash at a local handoff. You choose when you accept the offer.
Do I need an account?
Not to submit. We'll email you a secure link to check your submission and see your offer.
Handoffs and your pieces
What happens to pieces you don't select?
They stay with you. Only bring or send pieces that are in an accepted offer.
Where do handoffs happen?
At approved public locations in South King County and Greater Seattle, arranged after you accept. Never at anyone's home.
Can I ship to you?
Shipping is available by invitation for batches that are a good fit. Please don't ship anything until we send instructions.
What if a piece doesn't match its photos?
It may be removed from the offer, and we'll tell you why. If you met us locally, it's handed back at the handoff. If you shipped, you choose: we send it back on a return label you pay for, or we donate it for you at no cost.
