What Collab collects and how it's used.

What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone, city, and state.
- Submission details: seller type, brands, categories, sizes, condition, flaws, notes, and photos.
- How you found Collab, such as the QR code in a Raychella Co package.
How it's used
- To review submissions, make offers, arrange handoffs or shipping, and record payments.
- To send email updates about your submission.
Keeping it private
- Submissions, photos, and personal details are never shown publicly.
- Location data is removed from uploaded photos.
- The site does not collect home addresses for local handoffs, tax forms, ID documents, or bank details.
Retention and your choices
- Submission information is kept for up to 2 years after your submission closes, for purchase and tax records, and is then deleted. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner, unless it is part of a completed purchase that must be kept for tax records.
