Inventory Purchase Terms
How offers, transfers, and purchases work.
Placeholder outline, pending attorney review. This lists the concepts the final policy will cover. It isn’t legal advice and isn’t a binding policy. Bracketed items are undecided.
Outright purchase
- Raychella Co buys approved inventory outright. This is not consignment.
- After a completed purchase there is no future profit participation, profit split, or continuing ownership interest.
- Ownership transfers to Raychella Co once the purchase is completed.
Offers
- Raychella Co may accept or decline any inventory.
- An offer may cover individual pieces, groups of pieces, or a batch total.
- Offers are open for 3 days. An offer must be accepted before any inventory is transferred.
- Pieces that aren't selected remain yours. Do not bring or send them.
Seller confirmations
- You legally own the merchandise and have the right to sell it.
- The merchandise is authentic.
- You have disclosed all known flaws.
Check-in
- Pieces are checked against the accepted offer when received.
- Raychella Co may remove pieces that materially differ from the submitted description or photos.
- Removed pieces from a local handoff are handed back at the handoff. For shipped batches, the seller chooses: return shipping on a label the seller pays for, or donation by Raychella Co at no cost.
