The condition standards every submission follows.

Conditions we buy
- New with tags, like new, excellent, and very good condition.
- Minor, spot-treatable issues may sometimes be considered when clearly disclosed with photos.
Always disclose
- Stains, holes, pilling, odors, missing hardware, damaged zippers, fabric damage, missing embellishments, or heavy wear.
- Items with significant flaws are generally not purchased unless specifically approved.
Undisclosed flaws
- Pieces that arrive with undisclosed flaws may be removed from the offer.
